My motives for partnering

I want to partner in order to:

increase knowledge and understanding of global issues
 challenge stereotypes
 develop friendships
 develop the curriculum
 have fun
  travel abroad
 strengthen the local community
advocate on behalf of others less fortunate
enable learners to become active global citizens
 make learning more meaningful
provide challenging and reflective learning environments
 stretch myself and my students
 get help for my school
provide learners with a good example to follow
raise the profile of my school
show learners they can do something practical to help others
 challenge and improve my teaching
 attract funding to my school
provide information for my geography classes about a distant place
give my students the chance to practice a foreign language
  use computers to communicate
